Latrece has over 30 years of non-profit grant writing and development.  She began her career while still a student at the University of Miami working with community-based programs for delinquent youth.  After graduation she continued her passion for working with not-for-profit organizations while also teaching public school and adult education.  ​  Latrece was also the CEO/Executive Director of non-profit agency celebrating services to over 17,000 individuals needing housing, mental health, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, family reunification, and much more.  She has traveled across the United States facilitating workshops and conferences.  ​  Latrece is a Tenured Professor.  She has served as a Grant Reviewer for Federal Agencies and Foundations.  Latrece is responsible for successfully receiving and managing approximately $30 Million in funding

 Kris has over 15 years of non-profit development and training.  He has served in multiple roles of program development including Chief Operating Officer overseeing an annual budgets over $3 Million and a staff of 25.

​As Business Manager, Kris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of RCR.  He is also an experienced trainer, data manager, as well assists in the writing and development of grants.

Karen has an extensive background in teaching, facilitating workshops and non-profit development.  She has focused much of career working with agencies providing housing placement, employment, and substance abuse.  ​  ​

 Maggie has over a decade of experience in managing data and administrative services.  ​  She works with the team to help with scheduling of events, submitting reports, and maintaining our listserv and subscriptions.
